But I think it would be mcuh easier for alot of people to go the Cheerios route, if by now people were eating their fruits regularly you think they would have any ground? Maybe you can try some good quality maple syrup to put on top of your oatmeal just don't drown it. For me I eat two or three apples and maybe a orange or grapefruit for my breakfast.
